Dazzle Your Partner Unexpectedly

Filed under: Relationships — Larry James @ 6:00 am

Predictability breeds boredom. Be spontaneous.

Do something completely out of character.

Send a mushy greeting card for no reason.

Surprise your partner by unexpectedly doing something for them that you know they dislike doing.

Suddenly stop beside the road, pick a wild flower, hand it to your partner and say, “I love you!” and be on your way.

“Kidnap” your sweetheart from work, blindfolding him/her and take them to your favorite gateway place, prearrange the room with balloons, flowers, birthday or anniversary cake, candles, music and a dinner.

If you are annoyed because your partner spends too much time watching football, surprise him and watch the game with him. Pop some popcorn and bring his favorite beverage on a tray.

Light some candles in the bathroom and treat her to a warm bubble bath followed by a 20-minute foot message.

Three little words: Three little kisses. (between the eyes, on the tip of the nose and the lips)
Kiss your love partner from the toes up… but when you get to the head, don’t kiss their lips until they are begging for it.

penWrite a love letter to your partner. Send it by snail-mail. . . not e-mail.

Write love note for your partner with reasons why you love them and hide them in different places around the house. Each clue will lead them to either a treat or a gift and to the next clue.

A great romantic idea would be a recreated story book of how you first met. Include all of the special things you did during your first year together. Add some poems you gave each other, letters, photos of the two of you together and any mementos you have kept.

Surprise your sweetheart with breakfast in bed.

Take a quiet walk in a park. Bring a blanket, sit under a tree. Be prepare. Carve your lovers name on a tree.

By romancing your partner, you’ll be bringing the passionate nature of your love to life. Use your imagination.
